Inex System – PoS Touchscreen

The end of September saw the installation of the firs six Electronic Shop Assistant terminals in Household Appliances Department – vacuum cleaner bag advisor and audio & video devices equipment advisor. Two subsequent terminals were installed in a newly opened Auchan facility in Gliwice.

To eveybody’s satisfaction, again…

- Auchan Customers – with additional assistance offered by our devices. Encouraged by precise responses tailored to their needs, they made over 16 thousand product queries in less than two months.

- Sales Department of Purchasing Head Office – with received consumer needs analyses and department performance analyses that coincided with an increase in turnover of these assortment groups. This knowledge, combined with very positive sales figures, inspired us to install new terminals in subsequent Auchan facilities.
